Grease leather jackets are the word

photo credit: ralphhogaboom Grease the movie was not expected to have the success it has enjoyed some 30 years later in life. It has now went Broadway, Blu-Ray, and whatever way you can imagine. I personally loved the movie watching it as a kid in my living room on the old VCR. I n0w get the pleasure of watching my kids sing along and dance to this musical genius, with a terrific story line as well.

Whether you liked the characters, the cars, or the songs, you can not help but compare this movie with its fashionable leather jackets. The T-birds (John Travolta and company), and the Pink Ladies (Stockard Channing and ladies), looked wonderful decked out in their leather jackets.

The T-Birds had their famous black leather jackets with the T-Birds name on back. They carried a tough "rumble and tumble" look with them when they would have a cigarette hanging out of their mouth, and black leather collar folded up.

Meanwhile, the Pink Ladies had their hot pink leather jackets that could grab the attention of a blind man. They were adventurous and still as chic as ever throughout the movie.

You can look and feel like both of these harmless gangs with your own Grease leather jacket today. They are affordable and very sought after by Grease fans all over the world. Not to bad for a film that had a 6 million dollar budget in 1978, and has exceeded gross sales of over 394 million dollars currently.
